Something ends and something starts. A day, a week, a year or a stage in learning process. What emotions and feelings are rising? Do you feel sad because certain things and events end or look forward to things coming?

Reflection is valuable. Take a moment to look back. What have you learned today, this year? It could be a word in English, it could be a person, it could be a situation you lived through. THIS is ALL YOUR EXPERIENCE. Actually you get wiser through everything that happens to you. So, why feeling down?

Somehow we cannot avoid feeling sad about things disappearing, vanishing, evaporating, melting, fading. It is so natural and embodied. For example, if you forget a word in other language, you probably feel disappointed. And it aches in your body until you remember a word or a synonym, emerging from sub-consciousness with immediate feeling of pleasure and satisfaction.

“Feelings can be and often are revelations of the state of life within the entire organism.”p.11*

And feelings are always present in a learning process. Don’t suppress them. Observe them and reveal them. It is so relaxing to accept all your feelings, also sadness and then go forward looking for new goals, new experiences.
