This is what we offer you in our feel-good days:

Holistic movement coaching

With the help of Alexander Technique & Yoga, we help you to experience and develop your movement possibilities. We will give you helpful tools and let you gain experiences that will support you in your dance development even after our seminar.

We will deal with these topics during the days:

- Balance in standing and walking

- Turning on one foot

- Embellishments

Small intensive groups with a maximum of 12 participants

We will focus intensively on your individual needs and questions and give you the opportunity to exchange ideas with other dancers in a friendly atmosphere.

Feel-good atmosphere in a beautiful small art hotel and always a fresh Baltic Sea breeze.

- Plenty of free time and rest periods for you.

Price overnight stay: single room 60€ / double room 95€
