How to practise the moves?

You can do the moves before, during lessons or in the break for the best results in foreign language learning. You do not need to have a certificate in Yoga or wear special clothing or shoes to practise these moves.

Each flow has a specific effect. It might not be enough to carry out the suggested moves only once. For the best results it is advisable to integrate moves into everyday routine.

Kalesvara Mudra
Kalesvara Mudra. Place your middle fingers together, touch the first two joints of the index fingers and touch your thumbs. Bend other fingers inward. Point your thumbs towards your chest. Hold the mudra for 3-5 breathes.

Walking forward. Take 5 steps one direction, turn and come back 5 steps. Repeat 3 times. If you like, you can take a longer walk.
Star Asana Yoga
Star position from Yoga. Open your legs widely. Stretch your arms upwards and sidewards. Stand with legs and arms stretched 3-5 breathes.
Forward bend in Star Asana Yoga
Take a deep breath in Star position and bend forwards, touching with right hand left knee or ankle. Then return to Star position again.
Forward bend from Star asana
Take a deep breath in Star position and bend forwards, touching with left hand right knee or ankle. Then return to Star position again. Repeat both sides 2-3 times.
Thinking caps from Brain Gym
Thinking Caps from Brain Gym. Touch your outer part of ear from top to bottom. Repeat 3 times. Don't forget breathing. You can repeat the whole Flow, if you wish.
